Dear Support Team, I was AoE farming on my Paladin. Although my health was relatively low, the situation was completely under control. Suddenly, a massive server desync occurred instantly with no prior warning (no gradual ping spike).As shown in the attached video (which I managed to start recording via OBS right as the freeze happened), the mobs completely froze. I immediately ran away from them to safety. On the video, you can clearly see that I was spamming my Divine Shield (Bubble) and Lay on Hands, both of which are highlighted on my action bar from being pressed. I also had health potions and bandages ready. However, the server was completely unresponsive.Immediately after this, I was disconnected. The server did not allow me to log back in for about 15 minutes. Once the server stabilized and I managed to log in, my character was dead.This death was strictly caused by severe server-side instability / a DDoS attack, and my character would have easily survived under normal conditions, as proven by the video footage. I kindly request you to review the server logs for this timestamp and restore my character.Thank you for your time and understanding.
