<p>Describe the Issue: Darkmoon Card: Blue Dragon has the exact same text as other "allow x% of you Mana to regeneration to continue while casting" items, but unlike the rest, it does not stack.<br><br>How to reproduce:</p>
<p>-While already having a similar effect, such as a priest with the Meditation (15%) talent or an item such as Empowered Power Core (5%), verify the mana being regenerated while casting and while not casting.</p>
<p>-Proc the trinket by casting spells, and verify that the mana being regenerated is exactly like the one while not casting, as in 100%, while it should be (using these examples) 115% or 105% of that value<br><br>How is it supposed to work: It should either stack with other effects with the exact same wording, or have a different wording. Since it is not considered a strong trinket and is epic, maybe it should stack.<br><br>Character the bug occurred on: Giggles</p>
