World Buff Vendors

I'm not gonna go into detail with why people hate or love world buffs. I personally think they unlock classes to be awesome, and make raids go faster when people don't have time to spend 3hr's+ if they are casual guilds.

My suggestion is to have a vendor inside or outside raid where world buffs can be purchased. No more stress from losing them in pvp or dying. No faction specific buffs like rend that you need Mind Control to obtain. Let people use the buffs as they see fit. Maybe the barrier could be expense, or if achievements are released there could be a punishment for using them, or an achievement for clearing the content fast.

This would allow for the pugs and casuals to do raids easy and the semi-hardcores/hardcores to do multiple raids in a day.

World buffs don't work in raids on Octo, same as Turtle. Nobody wants to engage with the awful WB meta

1. Wbuffs aint a thing for octowow/twow.
2. U got xfaction buffs on pve realm instead.
3. All content was done on pvp realm without worldbuffs or xfaction buffs.
Conclusion= content is already hella easy, nn worldbuffs to make all content free loot.
