Which race do you think is best for PvP? Discuss!

Stoneform (SF) is better than that:

*It removes Devouring Plague
*It removes Viper Sting (and other Hunter Poisons)
*It removes all Rogue Poisons and Bleeds, and prevents re-application for 8 seconds (which EA does not)
*If you're rich enough to use FAPs regularly, EA becomes kinda redundant, while SF removes something that potions can't remove (Bleeds, which only the trinket 'Luffa' can remove, afaik)

...these seem good against a Warlock's anti-classes Rogues, Warriors and Ferals.

The 5 % int translates to like 1-2 additional spells with good gear, afaik, and a very minor increase in crit. Not really relevant for PvP. I do like the EA can be used more often, though, and is probably best for competitive BGs. Also, apparently there are Survival-nets in the game now (2 second roots), which increases the value of EA further.

Warlock already btfo hunter and priest.
Rogues beat warlock because they have 45 straight seconds of CC and 2 combat resets, not because they have bleeds.
If the point is countering rogues, human racial will give you a better chance at mitigating Cheap Shot/garrote, or preventing a reset.
Also, if countering rogues is worth picking a racial over, it's less of a commitment to just use the luffa.
