A little extra for Female High Elves, Humans, Night Elves, Trolls (Old Project Reforged)

I've gotten patch T and U to download but i cannot seem to get patch A (b) to download. hangs up every time. I assume you need this patch in order to get the patch L to work with humans and nelfs?

Is there a version of the Patch-A (B) file that supports a little extra for human females, but doesn't have this hair texture issue on the base of the head model? The bottom image is the Patch-A file from the project reforged website, the top is the one from this thread. It looks particularly bad if wearing a hat.

btw Octo no longer uses Patch-A so you don't have to rename A to B

if you sill have the Patch-A from Octo delete it, it can cause issues

also I still had the Bikini HD Download link saved from Turtle:

The Patch-Y from the root folder is only to be used with Patch-U (Ultra HD)
The Patch-Y in the performance folder is only for the standard HD version (aka performance)

Well i followed the guide on the the very first post but the night elf NPCs faces are all messed up..

Here is better screenshot showing the hair texture issue for human females. Hoping that someone has a fix for this, or knows how to fix it.
