Shamans Purge CD

This needs to be done away with.
I... I cannot teach my self to press the button once.
I need it. I need to purge. All evil and it's powers. It was my destiny.
Bring back the PURGE! The Hole point of it was that in order to remove buffs from enemies by spam, the shaman basically disengages from the fight in force and basically becomes purge bot for 4-5-6 globals. Like.... That was it's whole point! With na evident tradeoff of trading globals and dmg/healing for making the enemies less powerfull/force them to trade mana/their globals and reduce pressure.
I am a sad shammy ngl.. Finger presses but bubble stays. All priests and locks are atomic clock synced to every single tremor totem. They are networked to know alywas when to fear as to make the them pulses of the tremor skip. Im sure of it.
